1 Cup plain yogurt (or heavy coconut milk)
1 Small onion, minced
1 T Dill (dried)
1 T Garlic (dried)
1 t Onion (dried)
1 t Oregano (dried)
1 t Salt
1 T freshly ground pepper
1. In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, onion, and fresh herbs.
3. Slowly add the dry mixture and taste as you go.
4. When flavor is to your liking, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture is set.
5. Serve cold with veggies or use in wraps.
